Where are the Stone items made?
What is the difference between stone items and resin items?
Our stone and garden items are proudly hand-cast in the United Kingdom by skilled artisans, maintaining the highest standards of traditional craftsmanship and quality.
Unlike lightweight resin alternatives, our stone items are made from high-quality reconstituted stone. This provides authentic weight, texture, and allows a natural weathering process that resin simply cannot replicate.
How do your Stone Ornaments weather and can I clean them?
Where do you deliver?
As a natural material, our stone ornaments develop a unique patina over time, including lichen and moss growth. To clean them, use a soft bristle brush and clean water; avoid high-pressure washers and chemicals as they can damage the surface detail.
The stone items are heavy and will not ship easily. Delivery is within 30 miles of Old Stratford, Milton Keynes. If you are outside of this radius, pls send us an email. We deliver to Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Bedford, Bicester, Northampton and surrounding villages of these towns. If you are outside of these areas, pls drop us an email and we will try and support where we can.
Can I collect items ordered?
How much do you charge for delivery?
Yes, collections are possible by prior appointment from Old Stratford. Please contact us after placing your order to receive the necessary details and schedule a pickup time.
Delivery is £4.99 per order, irrespective of how many items you order. If you order over £150, delivery is free
How long will delivery take?
Can Everstone place the item(s) in my garden?
All items are hand poured to order. Delivery will be a maximum of 3 weeks. If your order is required sooner than this, pls drop us an email and we will see if sooner delivery can be arranged.
Delivery is doorstep delivery, but we will always try and help with placement in your garden. There will need to be a level area to place any item.
What payment cards do you take?
What if I am not in to take delivery?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, as well as secure online payments via PayPal and Apple Pay.
We are happy to leave in a nominated safe place or with a nominated neighbour (pls confirm this at the point of completing your order)
What happens if the stone item arrives damaged?
What is the pet memorial service and how does this work?
All items will be visually checked on delivery by our team. If delivery of a damaged item were to occur, a refund or replacement will be offered. Pls email us with any concerns of this nature.
If you cremate your beloved pet, you may wish to have some of the ashes incorporated into a garden ornament from Everstone. The charge for this is £50 in addition to the product cost and delivery. Pls contact us via email should you wish to consider this option.
Are you able to customise items for me?
Does Everstone serve corporate customers?
Unfortunately, with the exception of incorporating the cremated ashes of a pet, we are unable to customise the products we have. New products will be coming online all the time, so pls free to drop us an email to make any suggestions of new products.
